We thoroughly enjoyed our exploring through High Park this morning. Although we walked these trails many times, Althea and Robert showed us different species of native flowers, trees, shrubs especially the spectacular redwood tree! The mindfulness moments, by the pond, lead by Althea, gave us a chance to reflect on our love of nature and how lucky we are to have this opportunity to appreciate the beauty of High Park.
Thanks so much to Althea and Robert, this was our first walk with PWG, we will definitely be joining more. It was great meeting everyone in the group! Thanks to Kevin for introducing us to PWG!
